CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be able to realize the cancellation of your booking without charge, providing that you do your it with 4 days of anticipation at your arrival to the establishment. If the cancellation is produced in 4 days previous to the arrival to the establishment, this one will be able to realize a charge in the card of a night of stay for every requested room.
BOOKING
You will receive an e-mail with the total confirmation of the booking and amount when in which request establisment reports to us that this one has been realized (maximum term of 24 hours). This e-mail is the one that confirms definitively the booking, for what if you don´t receive it in this term, we request you comunicate it to us. If availability does not exist for your request, we will send an e-mail with alternative establishments in order that you could select the one that more adapts to your needs.
